i have been working out for about a year and half, but just started really getting into a few months ago.
im 6 foot 1 inch
i weigh anywhere from 135-140 depending the day YES I KNOW IM SKINNY
Im 15 years old
my biggest goal is of course to gain some WEIGHT! and strength
not suer about my bodyfat percentage but i can see my abs pretty well ecpecially if i flex.
ill get my workout routine to you in the next few days when i do my first workout.
