like the title says, your supposed to eat before you go to the gym for fuel and after a long hard workout you should have a protein shake or what not to replenish your body and keep it from attacking the muscle. why doesnt it just keep eating fat, what makes it go to the muscle?
just curious?

WHY does your body pull from muscle before fat is all gone?
