for the last three years my right wrist has been bother me a lot, primarily because of overuse (guitar, lifting, typing etc)
i don't know if this is a placebo, but for the last 1 week i've been wearing a phiten magnetic wrist band and i have been experiences almost no pain.. i have been lifting, playing guitar and typing a lot
it's really amazing... go out and buy it if you have some wrist issues

its funny...i buy supplements to help me when working out knowing damn well that most of the results i see are placebo effect.
but when it comes to something like this i am VERY sceptical...guess i am weird like that.
don't mean to knock it... if it works for you that's great..like you said even if it's a placebo.
what's the theory behind it? any studies?

I use magnetic bracelets - when my wrists and hands are happy I skip them, but I need them.
Placebo or not - they kick butt for me.I'm Buddha-sized and full of wisdom... and fat.
