putting on weight
can anyone tell me the easiest way to put on 10 15 pounds and what and when to eat

when i try to gain weight i increase my protein intake and up my creatine use. i had a friend that gave me a good protein shake to drink that works pretty well:
- 1.5 cups of milk
- 1 cup orange juice
- i spoon full of milk
-one normal size serving of vanilla yogurt
- 1 normal size serving of protein (whatever the serving size is on the protein container)
