GluteGirl.. making results happen!
Hello everyone! This is my first journal, and I feel a bit nervous about it for some reason.. but I have to do it! I attempted a bulk on my own and it sucked, now I need to recover. I am starting on the CHA1800 with the ATS workout. I started the diet last week to get used to it, and I started it for real yesterday. I will track my workouts and my diet.. I like to see it written out, and I would love for feedback!! Looking forward to meeting you all

The diet looks spot on for the day! GOod work.
You can add color to your fonts by using the color tag...you do it by simply putting the words color=red or whatever color you want, between the "[" and "]" brackets. You then have to put the end tag, which is /color between two brackets where you want the color to end
