    Novedex XT question

    What time during the day would be best to take Novedex XT? It says to take 2 pills right before bed but that doesn't seem right. what would you guys suggest? I just started taking mitotropin today and tomorrow im going to start taking novedex and plasma jet. Thanks for the help

    You're 18, so Novedex XT is not for you (21+ only).


    For anyone else wondering - at night is when hormone regulation and production is best affected by a supplement such as Novedex XT. Other times of the day the effects won't be as optimal.
