What kind of diet are you currently doing?
I am currently on a ketogenic diet. I find it very effective for burning body fat, and also keeping my gains, no problem. Research it, and you might find that it?s right for you when the next pre-contest diet begins! Ketogenic dieting defies scientific rationale, and there is still a great deal unknown about the long-term effects of low-carbohydrate dieting. But nonetheless, I'm still finding it effective.
Are there any diets that you're currently doing or would recommend?
Thanks in advance!

Starting tomorrow I'm shooting for a 1:1 ratio of protein to body weight. Trying to aim for 100g of carbs, moderate fat.
We'll see how that goes. I heard a lot about keto, but I love my carbs.
