SuperPump 250 and MyoFusion
I've been taking both of these for about a month now. Other products I've used in the past include...
Nitric Products: No-Xplode, Nano Vapor, and White Flood
Protein: Optimum Nutrition Whey and a variety of proteins from GNC
SuperPump 250
Taste (Blue Berry) - 8/10
This is obviously completely my own opinion and personal preference. The taste was pretty good. I can't say that I've necessarily had better with the other products I've tried in the past. I will say though that my roommate got some SP250 fruit punch and it tastes great (10/10 in my opinion).
Mixability - 8/10
I poured over the label looking for the best suggested method of mixing and I couldn't find anything about it. I tried putting it in a glass and stirring it like I've done with other supps in the past and it turned out to be a clumpy mess. It took quite some time to get it mixed this way. So I figured that it should be shaken. I mixed it in my shaker and it mixed just fine after the standard 20-30 seconds of shaking. It didn't seem to settle or separate either.
Effectiveness - 10/10
This is the only category that truly counts in my opinion. I could care less if it doesn't mix well or it tastes like garbage. As long as it WORKS, that's what matters. And this stuff works, plain and simple. I've taken No-Xplode, Nano Vapor, and White Flood, and all of them have been rather effective for me. Some better than others. This has been the best for me so far. It gives me a solid stream of energy, helps me focus in the gym, and helps supply me with a steady, solid pump.
The thing I noticed with this as opposed to the other supps I've taken is that the pump I get isn't painful or uncomfortable. I know some people love that sort of pump...I don't. This gives me pumps that still allow me to keep most of my flexibility and range of motion, which is really important to me while I lift. There's nothing more annoying than lifting and getting such a raging pump that you can barely bend your arms and you feel like you have to quit because the pump is just too uncomfortable to work with. This gave me a solid, steady, hard pump that I was able to work with without feeling uncomfortable. It was exactly what I was looking for.
Overall - 8.5/10
Overall, it's a great product. It's a good mix of taste, effectiveness, and price. I'll definitely be trying this again
MyoFusion
Taste (Chocolate) - 10/10
This stuff tastes great. I've had some pretty nasty proteins in my day, and I've had some pretty good tasting proteins. This has been the best so far. It may be a little thick for some people, but I thought it was just right. And it tastes like a real chocolate drink without having any funky chemical-ish after taste or anything like. Goooood stuff!
Mixability - 10/10
This mixes very well! I mix it with about 16 oz. of water. It takes 10-20 seconds of shaking and it reaches a smooth consistency with very little to no clumping whatsoever. It's thick and smooth and mixes quickly!
Overall - 10/10
Overall, this has been the most enjoyable protein I've had to date. Its a great mix of excellent taste with a great nutrition profile. It sucks that it is exclusive at GNC, but the gold card and bogo sales help make it pretty reasonably priced. I'll definitely be getting another tub of this stuff soon!
Both of these products have been great so far. I definitely look forward to using them in the future.

taking the same exact stack right now in SP250 and myofusion
I love everything about SP250 and the myofusion. I have a 5lb tub of vanilla and strawberry, and if you like strawberry quik..you'll love the strawberry myofusion. Either one tastes great with water or milk.
I'm on SizeOn as well, and I can definitely tell a difference in strength and physique.

I hear ya. Both products have been great for me. It always hard to tell just how much of an effect the supplements have as opposed to the hard training and dieting alone, but I can confidently say that my strength, physique, and endurance have improved while taking these...and if it aint broke don't try to fix it!

Right now at GNC, supplements are buy one get one 1/2 off. This runs for a few more weeks (not sure of the exact date it ends).
Gold card week is the first 7 days (sometimes they run for 10 days) of the month. Typically a 20% discount on all products if you are a gold card member.

I really like myofusion. I have tried 4 or 5 different protein powders and Myofusion is the best so far, just bought me 2 more tubs from GNC with the half off deal.

I can't wait until the first of the month. I've been going off of the tub of Body Fortress protein I found that a friend left at my house a while back. This really makes me appreciate MyoFusion even more.
