Do any of you concoct your own little pre workout supplement? I started using Nano Vapor only in the beginning and I loved it! didn't want to get my tolorance up so I figured I'd try something new...I just bought some Superpump 250 and is not doing much for me personally so I started mixing 1 scoop of nano/creatine/superpump.
Personally, I prefer and think nano vapor straight up is the best but now I gotta use up superpump so I figured I'll mix it in. I loved the buzz and the head rushnano vapor gave me and will come back to it but I want to sycle on and off of it as well as trying everything once before deciding which is best. I know alot of people hate the buzz/headrush you get from it and I hated it to but I found that if you workout through it, it feels pretty good in the end.
I am thinking of going to BSN NO Xplode or CL White Floods next. What do you recommend for the Nano head rush/buzz lover?
