Adderall and Creatine?

Hello everyone,

When I take my adderall I constantly am dehydrated, dry throat, so I must drink a lot of water to stay hydrated. I know with creatine, typically a minimum of 1 gallon of water a day is the norm. I am worried that the creatine and adderall may be too rough on my kidneys. Does anyone take these together?

have you had your creatinine clearance level checked?

adderall increases thirst, it doesn't make you dehdrated. also creatine is the only one that stresses your kidneys to a degree.

i've done both, you'll be fine.

no idea about any of my levels or anything but i've been on 20mg of adderall XR a day and have introduced creatine into my system different times for multiple months at a time.
never had any problems or complications.

i've been on both for about 2 years.
no problems.

and i think that even though you may have a dry throat you probably aren't dehydrated. just thirsty.

none of the responses seem definitive. I will have to look up some studies tonight on amphetamines and their effects on kidneys

well looks like toxicity can lead to renal failure..... still looking for studies on renal function and amphetamines

DIDDO AM ON A SIMILAR STACK JUST GET PLENTY OF WATER I HAVE GOTTEN
HEADAKE'S AND DIZZY IF I TRY TO DO TOO MANY SETS AND REPS TO HARD AND TO FAST WITH NO REST
YOUR IN OVERDRIVE JUST PACE YOURSELF AND DRINK INBETWEEN SETS
