Why is it that in most of the videos of deadlift done by powerlifters one can see their lower back rounding? For e.g.
youtuDOTbe/cl8HYnoAGbA?t=400 here you can see that the back is totally round.
Is it normal for powerlifters? Why?

Weak leg development. The reason why they don't get injured is because they are able keep the same spine angle during the range of the lift. It's when you change from flexion to extension under a load where you snap your stuff up. That said, it's best left to those guys and just look up vids by the dudes in wolf's post for how to lift with a neutral spine.
