this program feels so lame
i dont feel like im getting any work in
its like i go in there and do a bunch of light unneeded sets
then do one top set thats still easy as fuk and then i'm done
i dont even feel tired or sore the next day ever
but for example yesterday I did 325 as my top set of 5 and was easy as fukckckckckck, but then I realized before this program i was doing that as a set of 4 and it was really hard
so mayb its all in my head and this program is actually working

nice squats
be patient with the weight increases or you may start plateauing again
the light squats are sort of like a deload, and plus you deadlift again later in the routine
and goddamn nice high rep dipshttp://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=119333531
i rep those who post in my log often
