Okay, so I'm a college student on a VERY tight budget so I really need to make the most of my money but I still want to eat clean while I bulk. So no stocking up on mac and cheese and bs like that. I can't afford to eat all organic like I used to but I can still eat healthy. I'm going grocery shopping tomorrow and need to stock up. So what are good ideas for great healthy bulking foods that aren't going to break the bank? I usually stock up on the usual like milk, eggs, tuna, cottage cheese, oats, ww bread, natty pb, pasta, chicken breasts, veggies... any other good bulking foods I'm not thinking of? I know this is kind of a stupid thread but my time and money have been cut very short and so my bulking cycle has been thrown off horribly and I need good, convenient foods. Thanks!

Yeah but as far as health and $ isn't it still cheaper to make your own?
I mean most weight gainers are just sugar for the extra calories. I make my own and just put in 2 cups of oats, 2 scoops of whey protein and a couple tablespoons of olive oil and some mixed berries and thats about 1000 calories right there.

Although they appear expensive, whey protein is actually very cheap when you bulk-buy online, cheaper per gram of protein than chicken breast, so you should look into that.
Also, you can usually buy 90% ground beef quite cheap, as well as almonds & walnuts. Check out the link in my sig to create a cheap bulking diet plan, and send me feedback ;-)www.aidiets.com: An Artificial Intelligence nutritionist for generating unlimited meal plans to suit:
