Weight Gainer question..
Hey guys, During the last year I cut from 255 to 190 or so and right now, im finding that i'm just too small. I lost a TON of bf% ( guessing around 20% atleast) and I'm pretty cut right now, most of my body is well defined, cept abs but thats a diff story!
I was thinking a weight gainer, since i KNOW i dont get enough protein in per day. My fam eats bad, stuff like KD and spaghetti alot, and high-carb starchy meals.
Should I resort to a weight gainer like Mutant mass or Musclejuice? Or will this just make me add on the pounds of fat and bring me back to my starting point?
the 55g protein/serving looks bomb for me. But the calories also kill me.
any intake?
any criticism is accepted, I need to be pointed in the right path
thanks BB.com users, you save my ass at life!!

muscle juice will put on muscle, but mostly fat unless you train pretty good and eat clean

i use muscle juice and have cytocarb and waximaize mixed in with it, the stuff works like a charm, just started lifting again so i decided to put it back into my original routine.

what does cytocarb and waximaize do? And you're pretty lean, don't you fear gaining a bunch of fat off muscle juice?
I'm really just looking for something to help me see greater gains then what I have been seeing. Whey protein is expansive so be drinking 4-5 shakes a day to get in the recomended protein for my size..

use something with a low gi carb since you dont want to gain any fat back (will happen very easily since you lost a great deal). look at up your mass, mutant mass.

If you want to put on weight just eat over your calorie limit, if you can't get enough food in pick up a weight gainer to get you over the hump.

Yeah i'm looking for a gainer with low carb, high protein.. are you suggesting mutant mass?
My goal is to bulk up hard for the next month or so, then do a intense cut for a month before my trip, where i will want to be taking off my shirt aha.

not low in carbs, but a low GI carb. something like oats, barley, sweet potato instead of maltodextrin or sugar.

thanks for the reply, I try to eat this stuff, but can't really afford to keep buying it, and my family buys groceries and usually picks cheap bad foods, that is why i'm looking for a gainer or supp of some sort
i.e muscle juice, mutant mass...
looking for one who will mainly help me gain mass and not just fat and size.
