I have seen alot of posts of cheat meals as of late. I normally do a cheat day when I need a break. Probably once every 45-60 days. Usually ends up something like a holiday, or just a day to get break the cycle. Many people are posting about a cheat meal, but how many of you take a whole day as a cheat?

Thats a cool idea. I don't mind eating clean pretty much most of the time. Food is not a big deal to me. It's kinda like beer, your only renting it. I do this more to shock the body every once in a while. Usually in a big way. Like going from the normal 3500 calories, to something like 5000, or more. Christmas was fun. Cookies, cakes, chocolates, and anything else that crossed my path.

Depends on the diet. If we are talking keto, then we are talking about cheating in the sense of carbs. You don't want more than A cheat MEAL and you want it once a week, no more no less. Purpose it to stay in ketosis yet keep your thyroid functioning properly. If we are not talking about keto, then its really up to you.
