Not Your Typical Abs QUestion (I hope)
I was just wondering about the how the cuts appear in the abs. I know the first line to appear is the vertical line I've had that line for awhile now. I'm wondering how the horizontal lines develope. Is there any typical order of progression?

I think the upper abs are the first ones to appear, and the lowest group are the last. So they will kinda work their way down from top to bottom.

Good way to work
Being a real lifter is not about a number, or a medal, or somebody else telling you that you are a real lifter. It is about commitment to the iron and strength of purpose.

The verticle divide (I can hear gbg giggling ) will appear first, then the upper abs, then so on. You won't see the bottom of the 6 pack until your body fat is pretty low.
