A cortisone shot + ART have helped my impingement tremendously.

And I determined today that I too am experiencing some mild golfer's elbow, so I'll probably get that worked on too.

how long did it take for ARt to work? My ARt therapist say 3-7 sessions usually what it takes for it to heal. although, its not guarteed it'll heal it. Its one of the best options from whAT I KNOW. I TRIED CORTISONE, TAKING MONTHS OFF, every supplement under the sun, Nsaids, Pt two specialist

Well when I started going I got a mix, of a little bit of ART and more Graston Techinque. I did that for a while and didn't really get anywhere except some initial improvement, that was a few months probably.

I then went to a different, more experience guy and got more ART done and results soon followed. As I got better I lowered the visits from weekly, to every other, and now I go like once a month. Except I guess now I'll be going in for my forearm too. I think overall I've been getting some kind of treatment for like 6 or 7 months. At $15 a pop I'll probably always go in once a month for some upkeep.
