how does body atp recover after stopping creatine use?

since using creatine increases atp production, when you get off a creatine product what happens to your natural atp production does it signicantly drop and then slowly come back to normal?

It takes around 1 month to return to baseline, but only 2-3 days to load back up

so that does that mean when i get off using creatine, i'll feel very weak when i train not lifting that much? will that make it harder for me to naturally build muscle until it is back to baseline?

Technically it does cause your body to produce more ATP. It simple takes the ADP and turns it back into ATP by donating a phosphate molecule.

Inorganic phosphate is floating around anyway, even without creatine.
