Lol at the meatheads who think their powders are better then real food.
Meanwhile somewhere in the Caribbean on their super yachts, supplement company owners are laughing all the way to bank...

I buy whey (along with creatine and fish oil) myself, but I was more commenting on the cocky way you responded to that guy like you're not new to lifting yourself. Regardless of your progress, 1 year still isn't a lot of time and is still considered a "beginner" timeframe. Losing fat isn't as complicated as sculpting a decently built physique so until you're putting up fairly high numbers and have a good amount of mass on you you're still a beginner. I'm not taking away from your hard work or progress so far, but I'm just saying
Some of the stacks in here are a little ridiculous though. Whey, creatine, fish oil, multi. Done. I don't see why some of these stacks are worth almost a grand if not more than that
Different strokes for different folks I guess. I'd rather spend a grand on car mods than supps, but that's me. To each their own
I spend around $40-50 a month on supps and I think I look pretty good

the thing is .. your sup stack you just bought is a big waste imo...
supplement should be taken to fill out your macro... there is no point in taking BCAA too since you eat + you said you are taking 2 prot shake per day ( when i was a noob i used to buy lots of thing too! ) dont worry everyone pass there XD
all you should really need is multi and fish oil ( not even a must ), Whey to fill your macro, creatine mono ( since its uber cheap and last a ****ing while ) and a pre-work out if you REALLY need energy but you look young so you probably doesnt need to take 1.
my stack atm is:
dymatize 1000g creatine mono
kirkland 420 /280 fish oil 300 tabs.
4x combat powder whey 4lbs
2x orange triad multi 270 tabs
white flood 100 serving
xtend ( bought when i was a supp noob lol prolly expired. )
this stack can last me for 1- 1.5 year cost around 300-350 $
tuna should not be eaten too often because of iron ...

This is an amazing thread.
I've got to ask, to all you guys posting absolutely enormous stacks of supplements; are you reps or sponsored peeps who get them for free? Or do you just like stocking up on a lot of supps?

Agree with people saying that money should be spent on food. I live in ireland and the price of good lean meat is an absolute rip off and is too expensive to get all my macros from chicken or beef! Even eggs or egg whites are too expensive to keep buying

My whole stack is from sales. I try to buy enough of the essentials (fish oil, multi, c, b, etc.) when the holidays or big shows comes around. If there is something cheap that spikes my interest too, then I will buy it as well. Very rarely do I buy anything without a big sale.

The last time I paid full price for a product and didn't get free shipping or any sort of discount or free shaker/shirt...I honestly couldn't even tell you.
Edit: Vitamin Shoppe, emergency tub of Elite XT. Only cost $37 which is still cheap IMO.Myprotein's Official Bodybuilding.com Representative ✔
