I take only Super 7 regularly - everyday 1x/day.
Swolex only for heavy days. Anabol-x only pwo. BCAA's on certain days when i don't have sufficient meats or quality proteins in my meals or randomly.
Glutamine when i have soreness & need quicker recovery; also complements my GI tract. Vitamins whenever i can remember to take them.

Vanilla Soft Serve is VERY good. It has a good, smooth texture which is sometimes hard to find with caseins. I also have a tub of Dymatize C&C casein open, and I prefer Universal's taste over the Dymatize

ON Casein is no good. BSN Dessert is good but pricey. Vanilla Soft Serve + CPB2 is amazing. I hate how some caseins are too thick you have to eat them with a spoon.

I personally liked ON's Creamy Vanilla...it's in my top two along w/ Universal's. I've tried two other ON casein flavors and didn't like them though.

I agree w/ your complaint on thickness - I finally finished a tub of Vitamin Shoppe's Body Tech Vanilla last night. It was the thickest, clumpiest, nastiest protein i've ever had...pure garbage in my opinion. Never again

not really for that reason. As i specified, it's helpful at times with GI health and it has helped me to recover from soreness too.

It wasn't bad. Ofcourse I can't say in terms of gains what i got from it as I was eating in calorie surplus, but i'm sure whey protein does help to reach protein intake which was my prime reason to buy it; esp. for PWO.
Taste-wise, it was fine. I got used to it afterwards & didn't even realize until the whole box emptied.
Now, I've bought Scitec's Super 7... this one tastes atleast 5x better than 100% whey & it has WPI & WPC in it aswell as other slow releasing proteins, so it has sustained release blend & stays in system for longer i suppose. I'm liking Super 7 more than 100% whey - both taste wise & value too.

I have three tubes of BSN Dessert and I can't say I'm a fan. It tastes too watered down. All three flavors I have taste that way in milk and water.

Thickness as long as it doesn't clump has always been my favorite. If it's thick in water, then I notice it has more taste to it. It also works well for mixing with oats if it's thick.

not gonna say what it all is. you can tell what most is the rest is just various fat burners/vitamins/BCAA/Creatines/ and some other goodies im saving....for well..... a rainy day.

no i didnt pay full price for the nitrotech bars. got them at GNC for 25cents a bar. as with the other bars. Cyto gainers just got in the mail from wheycheap. BTW VANALLIA CARAMEL SWIRL IS THE $HIT!!!!!
