Well this is good news. Lol. I always worried about this. I read in Muscle & Fitness Magazine on one of their diets do 3 whole eggs and 3 egg whites for breakfast. I was like "????" Is that healthy?
I tried it for a little and became worried... But I do 3 whole eggs a day now... I'm glad to hear from you guys that you had physicals and your cholesterol and stuff was good. That's more reassuring. =)
I use to feel worried about eating eggs. And people would always tell me that it's not good to eat that many! And I was only eating 3!
I just really want to gain weight... So it concerned me and I know eggs are a good source and if I was not able to eat them that would suck!!!
