converting ML into Grams? i dont think its a straight conversion is it?
im measuring light mayo which on the back it measures by ML.

True, but you can estimate the density compared to water for most things in your head...(most liquids: 1ml=1gram, fatty foods: 1ml=.75gram, bread: 1ml=.50gram, etc.). Certainly not exact, but close enough for most people tracking calories, as the need to convert doesn't come up that often.
Just ask yourself how what you're converting compares in density to water .

No idea if this is accurate but if so the density is the same as water for light mayo: https://physics.info/density/
Thus, 100 mL should weigh 100 g.
