Finally!!!!
Well I finally got my full/clean bill of health to get back in the gym since my pectoral major/shoulder artho surgery back in november. I am still doing my physical therapy but now I can get into the gym and do some very very light workouts which means the world to me. I am just curious (which i probably should have asked )if I should get back on my supplements or not. And if I do if there is anything I should add to my stash (just doing basic staple supps) would be appreciated....

I think your fine right now with the staples.
I would definitely grab some glutamine and up the dosage to aid in your recovery though
Congrats on being able to get back in BTW

Thanks man! Its been a long time coming for me!. Im in the Navy and it was like pulling teeth to get MRI's and finally get the surgery done for something that took place in July so needless to say im stoked....

Thanks alot man! Well I have alot to look forward now to since I wasnt able to lift for the past few months and now with recovery and getting back in the gym alot has been lifted off of my shoulders. Its going to be a long tough road back, but thats the challenge I want, thats the challenge that keeps me motivated.
