    SCORCH FAT with only 20 minutes 3 times a Week

    I just put this back into my workouts this week but its a great program from the Weider Brothers. Do this IRONCLAD CARDIO after your workout three times a week and kiss that fat goodbye!

    I know this is not for everyone, but I know it will help some people. What is your cardio routine like? I am always up for changing things up.

    Jog. Simple, effective. I see where you're going with this, I do a lot of things OTHER then jog, but right now I'm focused on adding, not taking.

    I do burpers, walking lunges, running stadium stairs, jog, swimming, etc...
