Getting diced with the best - Mitotropin & Lean Xtreme (8 wk. dual log)

In this log I will put Mitotropin & Lean Xtreme to the test. I have 2 vacations coming up within the three months, but I will remain strict on diet and exercise despite being out of town. I don't mess around when it comes to cutting up. I would like to thank the guys over at Gaspari & Driven Sports for giving me the opportunity to log these amazing products. Let's get started, shall we?
Workout routine

Meal plan I will adjust calories as I see fit, plus a scheduled refeed once every 7 days.
MEAL #1
5 omega 3 eggs + 4 egg whites, 1 cup greens
MEAL #2
2 scoops whey + 2 tbsp peanut butter
MEAL #3
8oz chicken or fish, 1 cup nuts (almonds, cashews, or walnuts), 1 cup green veggies
MEAL #4
8 oz beef, 1 cup green veggies garnished lightly with oil.
MEAL #5
2 scoops whey + 2 tbsp peanut butter
MEAL #6
4 omega-3 eggs + 4 extra whites, 1 cup green veggies
Supplements: Phase 1 (Gaspari sponsored)
Mitotropin
Novedex XT
Whey protein
BCAA/EAA
Creatine mono
Fish oil
Multi v.
Cardio
Cardio is going to be a little tricky, so I'll have to play it by ear. I will not perform any cardio on the days I have to work nights. I'm a doorguy at a bar in downtown Austin, so I'm basically moving around for 6 hours. Last year I did way too much cardio, so I'm going to ease up this time around. With a solid diet alone, my metabolism is on fire.
*45 minutes LISS after workouts 2-3 times a week
*If needed 2 30 minute sessions when pressed on time
*Ride bicycle to the gym & grocery store when weather permits
*When using my car, park as far away as possible

My favorite place is on Oltorf and South First, not right on the corner, just 1 place up on South First called Little Mexico.

Subbed as interested how this works out; was going to run Mitotropin first, but going with the following then going to run Mitotropin:
Weeks 1-4:
DCP - 6 caps per day
NP Green Tea - 3 caps per day
NP Coleus 20% Capsules - 5 caps per day
Twinlab Alpha Lipoic Acid 100 Mg - 3 caps per day
Weeks 5-8:
Same as Weeks 1-4, plus Lean Xtreme at 3 caps per day

U guys scared to put on some fat when bulking for mass and strength? Weeks 5-8 are going to be great for you. Lean Xtreme is amazing.

Yesterday I made it home from work at 4:15am, so no time to update. I didn't have much of an appetite all day, and I had to force-feed myself. I barely made it through the leg workout because I felt restless and fatique all day. I sort of had a eurphoric, high going all evening. My mind was sharp but but the body just wouldn't cooperate. Today should go better, and it's an easy cardio day. Again I am working until 3:30-4am. Still no appetite.
Squats 4 sets of 10
SLDL's 3 sets of 12
Lunges 2 sets of 10
Leg curls 3 sets of 12
Standing calf raises 2 sets of 15
Seated calf raises 2 sets of 15

day 2 - cardio
Everything is back to normal. I have a solid appetite and the awkward uneasy feeling from Mitotropin has faded. I worked a 6 hour shift tonight, did a little barbacking & security (lots of cardio there), plus a 45 minute session in the afternoon. One good thing about Mito is that it makes cardio insanely easy. It didn't take much effort to elevate my heart rate.
Day one was hell; but if the rest of this log end up like today, it's smooth sailing. Tomorrow I'm hitting an Italian joint for a carb refeed, so I'm looking forward to a good chest/tri workout. Well I need to get some sleep.

Day 3 - chest/tri
Flat bench: 3 sets of 10
Incline DB press: 4 sets of 10
Medicine ball push-ups: 3 sets of 10/10 (alternating hands)
Dips: 3 sets of 12
Flyes: 3 sets of 12
Skull crushers: 3 sets of 10
Cardio: 35 mintutes on the elliptical
Today's session was much better than the last. My energy levels are back to normal, and I'm hungrier than normal. The only meal I had to choke down was breakfast, but I always had that problem. Already I can see a difference in body composition. My chest is looking more defined and shapely, plus my cheeks are thinning out.

Dude, you don't want to know how much blood and sweat I put into the conditioning. I hope I have the drive to push myself further this year. There's a contest in town April 26th and 1st week of May. 13 weeks isn't much time, but I might make weight

Is it by weight classes? Which one you going for?

Not 100% but the weight classes for men's novice are light (<170), middle (171-180-something), and heavy (mid 180's +). I'd get stomped in the heavy divison against the manlets, but it'd be a fun experience.

Nice. I plan on bulking to a nice weight (180ish) and cutting down to 165ish for a lightweight show someday... Hopefully by next year

day 4 - back/bi
After my morning dose of Mitotropin & breakfast, I felt a little antsy. My girlfriend and I had a bit of spare time today because she had a doctors visit, so we decided to knock out some cardio together. Energy levels were high, and my appetite is coming back strong. I can finally eat all my veggies with each meal. I was able to knock out a short & intense workout today without a hitch.
Cardio: 55 minute off-road walk
Deadlift: 4 sets of 10
Wide grip pull-up: 4 sets of 8
DB row: 3 sets of 12
Close grip lat. pulldown: 3 sets of 12
BB curl: 3 sets of 10
seated incline DB curl: 3 sets of 10 + burnout set
Cardio: 25 minutes on elliptical after workout
Again I'm noticing my heart rate climbing quicker than usual, but I'm not complaining. Less effort for fat burning results is OK in my book. On a side note, I am getting a better quality of sleep since I started taking Novedex XT. It still takes me a while to fall asleep; however, once I doze off, I am out cold until morning.
