well what you could do it cut your protein , maybe one scoop of your day protein and one scoop of your night time protein, i work out at night all the time so what i do is 2 scoops of my whey protein then 2 scoops of my cassen protein, that makes about a 90 grams of protein , i drink it over an hour and a half so that it will all get in to my system before i go to bed , this way i get the best of both worlds
