I really like ON's Pro Complex for a morning and/or pre-workout shake.
I am taking SizeOn intra-workout.
Now i need a post-workout and maybe a bedtime shake.
If i get ON's Pro Complex, should i take that in the morning/pre-workout and post-workout? Or should i get something different for a slow release protein for bedtime?
What about:

SizeOn
Syntha-6/myofusion/extreme formulations/isoflex?
What should i do?
