    Spaghetti Vs. Ziti

    Why does spaghetti have so much less fat than ziti? I was thinking about getting some ziti and then adding some chicken, but it doesn't look nearly as healthy. What's the deal? Also, is there anything else you guys recommend consuming at an Italian restaurant other than spaghetti? Thanks!

    All have a serving size and nutritional value per serving. You can make the actual meal as un/heathly as you want....the actual shape of the pasta isn't what matters....the end product does.

    The bigger the pasta the more complex carb it is. That's why I only eat gigantic raviolis filled with chicken breast and/or fat free cottage cheese. Don't forget to make it whole wheat, and NO SAUCE (TEH SUGARZ = INSULIN SPIKE)
