    Question how much maximum mineral water can one drink daily?????

    i cant digested tap water from my house properly...so i shifted to mineral water and since then im fine.....but how much is excess mineral water...i have a very high protein diet...so i was a lil concerned about too much mineral water being toxic or something :S

    I would limit the amount of mineral water you drink. It should not be your only source of water. You don't know the mineral content or concentration so it, combined with a high protein diet, can put more stress over the long haul on your renal system.

    I know someone (my godsister) who only consumes that flavored mineral water for her water intake. It doesn't even have added minerals, its just a fizzy drink. She doesn't drink ANY normal water. I don't know, she isn't ill, but it can't be healthy
