This is so sad! I'm sorry about your injury. If you eat clean and at maintenance (or under depending on your needs to lose fat) you can maintain a decent shape but that won't add muscle. Can you still do upper body lifting while your knee recovers?

Eat well, do upper body work and...would you be allowed to swim? I'd at least do some kicking in a pool if your knee can handle the pressure (assuming you do them properly, that joint doesn't have to work with a flutter or dolphin kick, but there's still "forces" surrounding it that could be aggravating).

ToraAdams : Thanks for the support... I will not give up.. I came a long way... Maybe, I have to go slower, but I will not stop, that?s for sure ..
Amanda76 : I don?t know yet,but i think that I will have to rest for 8 weeks and then do some therapy ( I don?t know the right word,sorry...)... I will continue to eat clean (EVEN better!) and do upper body workout...( I will need your help ...).
Beefcupcake : As I said... I will need help,ladies ...
Thanks. I?m feeling bad... Because,I have hard work ...I?m not at the gym and sometimes , I have to fight and get up to train and stop being lazy... ....sometimes,is boring but then I just keep going..

I think you've got the right attitude, though...setbacks suck and you've had your whine and are now figuring out how to work around the setback as best as you can. So you'll still make progress, just not quite the way you had planned.
