I am bulking right now and I haven't had caffeine in about 3 weeks. Today I went to Starbucks, but I forgot to get decaf. and now I feel like I am going to **** myself to death! Any effect like this happen to anyone else?

If you are "skinny" and you don't have a six-pack, forget everything you "thought" you knew, get back in the gym, ignore the treadmill and pick up a freakin' PLATE!

Yes, unfortunately. I just started my bulk and I am seeing positive results already, but today I just had to get out of the office, so I went to Starbucks planning to get decaf. but, I saw someone I went to school with and completely got sidetracked. Now my stomach is eating me alive.

I downed a pot of coffee one day (as in a 24 hour day, no sleep) and I swear nothing but straight coffee came out for two days.

i usually drink some type of stimulant (energy drink, pre workout sup, etc), and poop nearly instantly if i dont have a stomach full of food... someone told me that some stimulants can cause stomach irritation.. i dont get a bad feeling or the runs or anything; just i drink, and i poop.
