Nice log man. Good start. Im going to be doing this to, but im running refuel and surge.
Isnt your calorie intake a little extreme? 4000-5000 calories is the range for somebody who is using aas to bulk with. Judging by your size from your pics, i think you could bulk with 3500 cals tops. Im 5`1 180 and i bulk with about 3300. That many carbs is just going to make you gain more fat, your not going to gain any more muscle from 3500 or 4500.
Nice stretch marks! Haha thats exactly how mine use to look. Hated it.

Today is the first day of using REFUEL. I must say, i am very impressed so far.
The taste is GREAT, drinking water every day during training gets boring, this was a great change up, and no bad after taste like with most toher supps.
It mixes very well, the powder is kinda like powdered sugar, so no clumps!
I traing chest today, first time in 3 weeks since my lay off due to mono, so natually i was much weaker.
One thing that suprised me was that i did not feel fatigued during my workout at all! yes, my muscles got tired, but i didnt really get that "i want this to be over" feeling in the middle of training. I think that the carbs in REFUEL caused this.
Weight- 265lb
Strength- actually higher than expected for be off for so long and sick
Stamina- way up, and its only the first day
Pumps- Got some great tricep pumps, more than usuall on chest day, however chest was lagging, im sure it will catch up in a few weeks
Muscle Fatigue- a little better than normal, didnt get as bad of a burn, felt like i could push harder.
Recovery- Not much to be said about DOMS yet, cause its day 1, however after i train and drink my shake, i usually get dizzy and jittery (blood sugar raise and crash i belive), but this did not happen today, im thinking its because of the extra carbs taken during the workout in REFUEL. I also felt more recovered in between sets, so i had more confidence so push harder.
Training- not going to post weights, because i feel its not relevent since im still recovering, and its kinda embarassing ...ill post them if someone askes tho.
Chest- trained to failure on most sets
Flat Bench Press-
5x8
Inclined Bench Setting 1-
3x6-8
Inclined Bench Setting 2-
3x6-8
Declined Bench-
5x8
I have also decided to run another cycle of Jungle Warfare, just started a couple days ago, couldnt add it to my current supp list cause the comp wouldnt let me edit...
Tomarrow ill be training Back, so stay tuned!!

i already looked into and talked to a rep to double check, and its my second cycle, so i can kinda tell what is doing what. also it hasnt had time to kick in yet, all is good
ps- in not taking the NOX surge...i didnt get it, remember
Today was my first back training day in 3 weeks, the weights were down, and i struggled, but was still impressed that i kept as much strength as i did.
I got a good nights sleep for once, no class today lol, this really helped as well. Im looking forward to seeing if REFUEL will help me train after a long day of school, that will be the ultimate test! (i get a minimum of 8 hours of sleep per night, i need much more to be "awake")
REFUEL really helped me recover quicker between sets of heavy deads
Stamina was up because of REFUEL, and once again i LOVE the taste
I felt much more aware during training, as opposed to the "out of it" feel after a heavy lift, this enabled me to stay focused
REFUEL is basicaly the bodybuilders gatoraid, it has the liquid to rehydrate, the carbs to replenish muscle gycogen levels and serve as fuel during training, it also contains elecrolytes to maintain muscular output, it has BCAAs and serveral forms of glutamine to further heal and REFUEL your muscles, and a great taste to back it up!
Workout- went good, will be hitting some PRs soon, i can feel it!! i didnt do as much volume today as usual, no need to kill my muscles beyond what they can repair, for being off for so long
Deadlift- felt heavier than usual, but i am definatly recovering!
10x225
6x315
5x400
5x400
5x400
Reverse Grip Chins- (this doubles over as ab workout, they are done while holding legs forward and knees up, very difficult)
30 reps with however many sets it takes, took me 5 sets today
BB Row- alot harder than before, i lost the most on this exercise
6x230- tried going for PR...failed lol
8x225
8x225
8x225
One-Sided T-Bar Rows- something i made up to hit the lower lats (kinda like one sided Db rows, just more of a power movment)
8x145
8x145
8x145
I decided to skip T-Bar Rows today, will do those next week when im up to par a bit more.
The last of my 2 weekly off days. I must say, i am recovering quite well, much better than i had anticipated.
Didnt take any REFUEL today, saving it for training training to get maximum benefits, however taken in the morning on off days would also be a great way to use it, if you wanted to use it on off days.
Energy levels are good
DOMS is reduced
Weight is 270lb exactaly
Been watching vids online and studying all day....looking forward to training tomarrow with more REFUEL
Some vids i was watching...for those intersted and as boared as me lol-

Today i trained chest. My bench is still pretty weak, but it is catching up very fast.
Im experiancing some mild sharp pains in my left shoulder, im hoping that its nothing to worry about. it will polly be fine in a few days im guessing. I tend to have shoulder problems alot, not sure why, i have good form. I blame it on boxing back in the day....lol
Weight is 267lb
Strength is climbing back to normal
Stamina is still getting better, i love it!
REFUEL treated me good today, i decided to start using 1 1/2 scoops instead of one, because im a bigger guy than average
DOMS has been getting a little better, not so sore for as many days as usual.
Its a very good feeling to have a new found energy source when working out. Normaly i would be tired and my muscles would not recover very fast in between sets. While on REFUEL however i actually do recover much faster, and can finish my workout quicker because i dont have to rest as long.
I didnt have a clean shaker cup today (to lazy to wash one lol) so i mixed up the REFUEL in a glass of water with a spoon. It did not mix as well as in a shaker cup, and left some sediment on the bottom. But i guess this can be expected, a shaker cup is the best opition for mixing REFUEL.
Training- went good, still sore form thursdays chest thrashing, so i could really feel the muscle fiber pulling, it felt great.
Had good pumps, mostly in the triceps tho.
Workout- Chest (creative routine i know lol)
Flat Bench Press-
5x205
6x190
6x190
7x185
6x185
Inclined Bench #1-
6x185
8x160
8x160
Inclined Bench #2-
8x155
8x155
7x155
Declined Bench-
8x155
8x155
8x155
hopfully i can get these numbers up to respectable weights before i cut.
So far REFUEL is great, still love the taste and the extra endurance that i get from it. I usually finish it about 1/2-3/4 through my workout, so that the glutamine will have minimal interferance with the creatine i take PWO.
I find that REFUEL is best when 1-1 1/2 scoops is mixed with 2-3 cups of cold water, its very refreshing, and the taste is not overpowering.

I thought I was the only one that went throught my workout drinks to fast..
Great log so far..
Today was an ok day, didnt have the greatest workout. I dropped Chem class, so now i have 2 more free days whoo hoo, no more getting up early! Decided to clean up my log abit, to make it easier to follow
Daily Stats-
Weight-264.5, lower then average, must be water weight
DOMS- Not nearly as bad as i thought it would be, hardly noticable. Its a deep sorness instead of the full muscle sorness felling

Workout Overveiw-
Could have been much better, was not very motivated. Felt sick during WO, from a crappy lunch (protein bars). Still working on getting my squat up to a respectable weight, i dont know why my legs are so darn weak. I used 1 1/2 scoops of REFUEL today as well, mixed with 3 cups water, finished half way through workout as usual.
Pumps- Good, above average, but not insane.
Energy- Down abit, REFUEL really helped me keep going, and gave me the edge to dig deep.
Stamina- Considering that this was kind of an "off day", stamina was actually good, still recovering fast between sets.
Strength- Was not here today, i was repping with 245 on squat (still crappy) before i got mono, now im down to 230. However this IS up 5lb from last week, so i am making progress.
Focus- Focus suffered as well, was not all there in the head today.
Motivation- Not as high as usual
Sides- Nothing bad to ba said about the side affects of this product yet, that is unless more energy and stamina is a bad thing . One thing that i did note however, was that any other 'During Workout' drink that i have tried makes me feel sick. REFUEL is the only one that does not do this. I would recommend this to the "weak stomached" lifter, like myself.
Final Thoughts-
I am still very impressed with REFUEL, and look forward to using it for the next few weeks. Hopefully tomarrow will go better.
Preview for tomarrow-
Ill be training my Back, im really pumped to see what strength gains i have gotten back. wil do a higher volume than last week, slowly easing back into my standared routine.
