I bought some creatine the other day, since I want to cycle back on it for the winter months. Does anybody know if there are any studies or any reseearch going on about taking creatine with N.O. as preworkout suppliments at the same time? Both need to be taken 1/2 hour before the workout. For creatine there is 4 and for the N.O. its 6. If I mix these two can it be potentially dangerous, since both are powerful suppliments as research and studies have shown? I start my new work out tomorrow so suggestions will be appreiciated. Can i be harming my body more than doing it any good?

What about if your PreWO NO supp (Animal Pump) has creatine in it also? 3g of Creatine in Animal Pump. I also have monohydrate. Should I just do 2g Mono after Workout with my shake instead of doing the 5g Mono afterwards that I'm used to?
Fear God, not heavy weight.
When you think you can't, imagine who will.

Labrada's SuperCharge!Xtreme has a combonation of Creatine & NO + Humanafort for recovery all in one product. Mixing them is fine.

Creatine will hold water in your muscles and you will look "pumped" with the N.O.
I usually tell my customers take the creatine only before your workout and not after.
Your body produces creatine naturally and you are going to slow down your creatine production sooner or later you may not know it.Plus all that creatine will tell on your kidneys later in life. i would cycle it for 4 weeks and 4 weeks off.
Using it Pre workout only on your workout days is what we go by down here in florida. there are alot better creatines than Mono-hydrate alone.

If your pee looks the same as the water you drink, its a non issue. Most people don't drink enough water, and that's what damages their kidneys. I weigh 220, when I'm on creatine i need to drink between 1. and 2.5 gallons of water a day. 8 cups a day won't cut it. Cycle up on-4-8 weeks and off at least 4. My urines got less ppm than a bottle of Aquafina.

your thoughts
Here is what I do and it has had great results. Take 1 scoop N.O. 30 min before workout. Take approx 45 grams whey isolate 30 min after workout. Went from 215lbs to 160lbs in 5 months. Now that I reached my body fat % goal, I will add 5g ON micronized creatine mono powder to my protein shake. did a lot of research and this should work great. Any other suggestions?

Creatine and N.O activators (L-arginine, AKG, etc) aren't such an extreme. They are often found together in preworkout supplements like Jack3d and SuperPump250. It could even be said that they are synergistic to a point. Creatine would volumize muscle with added water uptake while the nitric oxide release would relax muscles in blood vessel walls, leading to "vascularity" and increased blood flow. Together, this means a bigger pump and more ammonia/lactic acid flushed out of the muscle before it hinders your workout, as well as the creatine providing greater energy through phosphocreatine production. There is nothing wrong with using both of these products at the same time, and for maximum intensity in workouts you should take them both at least 30 minutes before. Some would say that intraworkout (during your workout) creatine or postworkout creatine would be better, but I've personally seen better results from a creatine/N.O/caffeine preworkout supplement.

Mixing creatine with no explode
Both the supplements are pre workouts and equally good however creatine lasts much longer. I have been working out for 6 months now and have taken the combination of NO explode n creatine from past 4 weeks no doubt the power supply is truly amazing. Its just a matter of using two different scientific approaches to improve our body. But I must tell you when I started the mix of these two in the first week the alertness was quite high and I experienced a little bit of enhanced heart beat. But rest is OK results are fine I'm getting leaner and stronger. Always try to listen to your body and it will certainly give you the best answer. Honestly anyone of those are good enough..
