His hams are there, they just gotta get bigger. Same with his lats.
He does looks like he needs to dry out more. Then again, he's kind of like Dennis Wolf in conditioning. Looks really full but not super ripped, even when he's really conditioned(and he's displayed some really good conditioning before). Know what i mean? Like the separation just needs to come out more.
Anyways, yea he does look like he needs to dry up some. I hope he gets it right for the Ironman. I don't know of any show he's done before where he's showed up out of shape though.

He looks fantastic. The outer sweep is MUCH improved as his shoulder width. His front lat spread and front double bicep are his strongest poses in these shots.
I hope he does well.
