Hi All. I need an advice. I am almost 30 and am in a not so good shape. I'm 220 lbs and 6'1 which isn't obese, but need to lose a few pounds. How ever I would like to build some muscles as well.
So my question is, is it too late for me to make my body the way i should/could make it in my early 20's.
Thanks

not at all, I was 38 when I started, Im 39 now, Look at my profile, Before and After says it all, In fact My after picture is 6 months old, It now looks like another before picture.
I was Puffy, High blood pressure, bad back, and Came here, Went on Google, ate right, Kept up my Working out. And , While I am no Grrek God or Ronnie Coleman, I have had some progress. So yes... 30 sheesh, I wish I was 30 again. I couldnt not even imagine what I would look like now IF I started at 30

I was almost 30 when I started. Hard to believe it's been exactly 10 years today that i got a membership at the local total fitness, and started my first Body for Life Challenge. I have been working out every since. Now I have a home gym (basement with some free weights) and workout at the YMCA.
So NO it is never to late.
