I am looking to cut a little bit of fat that i gained over winter from my first bulk from 120 up to 170 currently. I lift for about an hour 5 days a week and do 30 minutes of cardio everyday. The diet i am looking to follow has about 1700-1800 calories per day, but at the end of the day i always feel so hungry i end up eating way more thn normal and ruin the rest of the diet for that day. Any solutions, or how many calories should i be trying to get at 5'11", 170 lbs, 14-15% bf, and 19 y.o.?

Cutting The Right Amount of Calories
Bodybuilding isn't about size. It's about goals, willingness, and determination.

Hey there,
I don't think you're eating enough calories, hence why you're so hungry at the end of the day!
For the amount of activity you're doing you need at least 2000 calories per day, even for weight loss.
To lose weight you should increase your cardiovascular exercise and reduce weight lifting.
Also, make sure you eat lots of protein as this will help keep the muscle you may "lose" from cardiovascular.
Personally I don't eat carbohydrates after 4 pm. I stick to protein and vegetables.
I hope that helps you.Alis

def. not eating enough. I eat around 2900 calories and am still losing bf%. I wouldn't say to cut back on lifting cause lifting helps burn fat. it's just going to take time. take your required calories then subtract by 500 for healthy fat loss.
