I'm now going to be working out at around 9:30 PM, and finish at around 10:30 PM. I go to bed around 11:30 PM. Is it fine to work out this late at night?

IMO, you wont get a good sleep, your body will still be awake and working hard to calm you down while your sleeping, thus making you more tired in the morning.
This is only my opinion and it is from what I have experiencedOPA Bodybuilder

W.O.W...listen to your body and what works for YOU...not for someone else...If lifting heavy works for you, DO IT, if 12-15 reps works for you...DO THAT THEN... also comes down to diet...do what works for you... EVERYONE is different!!!

OP if u gonna do that then let me let you know that some protein just aint good enuff POST workout...u should have a big shake after a workout and then a big meal a good hour after the shake...what ive personally learned is that the body need 3 solid meals (2 real food +1 shake) to recover after a hard workout and be able to grow

i also say u definitely have to look at ur postworkout nutrition. i take a decent amount of time after a workout, shakes, some vitamins, aminos. than about an hour after that i have a nice big meal. than try and get something right before i go to bed.. like a pb+j and some milk.
