how many plates? I usually just hold a 30lb DB between my feet but thats different from having a plate/belt

today was seriously my first time i ever thought ''hmm i wonder if i can do 10 reps of close grip pull-ups''

i went over to the pull-up rack, jump, grabbed onto the long things, pulled and then i was filled with joy i let go and went like YEAHH

i tried doing it again after (i done 110's db presses before, bout 8 reps) and i failed

went to the toilet, took a massive ****, listened to im so paid then went and tried again

i done 100 on the dot my second try....my spotter (230lb guy) shat bricks and immediately went on the sitting down bicycle machine and ate a power protein bar

I've done 21 Chin Ups and 8 Wide Grip Pull Ups before.

I will check tomorrow about the others, it's too late to get the bar up now and find out.
