MMA Workout? Core, Box Jumps, Kettle Bells etc.
I have some good routines with kettle bells, flipping tires, pulling sleds, Sledge hammers, box jumps, rope pull ups and a few others but im always looking for more stuff to add to the mix.
If anyone has any suggestions please may em out.
Im basically looking for good core workouts and things that develop fast twitch and explosiveness.
