geting back into the game
well hello well first i broke my tib in my lower right leg and its a freaky weird break and the cast is coming of this thursday. i had it on since early september also had 2 ops on it
anyway i wanna get back into the lifting but im not sure what to do get back to heavy deads bench squats presses or basic 10-15 rep system
anyway what do you guys think
