workout carbs!
hi,
i was wondering if i can eat a banana an hour b4 the workout and then drink a 23g sugar drink. any opinions will be appreciated.

What are you trying to do? None of that is really "bad" for you.

so, it is ok even if i am on keto. i think the carbs in the banana and drink will be more than 30g. is that still ok?
