got sick now im done
my normal body weight is 160 pounds i normal lift like 3 days aweek and just benchpress and to trisceps.. I nomarl get 230 for about 6 reps. i got surgery on my thraot and have been out for 3 weeks and lost 12 pounds . i tried to lift and could barley do it one time what the hell do i do .

you have to start over brah. i had the stomach flu about a month ago and lost over 10 pounds. i had to take a month off and just started back up again. im slowly getting back to where i used to be

Start over, you will gain it back faster than the first time because of muscle memory. Also try doing more than just chest and triceps/
