Thumbs up how much water weight can you gain from creatine?

I am a big strong guy, but not toned and overweight. So i started working out again like crazy and was losing weight pretty good. I eat healthy as hell and drink at least 100 oz. of water every day. I do 20-45 minutes of cardio 6 days a week and 3 days of heavy weight training.

I have always taken BSN cellmass to help recovery, but since the new year i started taking Six Star Creating Capsules. I am GAINING weight now! WTF! Is this due to water weight gain? Or is possible to gain 10 pounds of muscle in two weeks? Is this normal? Should i re-consider the creatine if I am trying to lose weight?

Does anyone have any ideas for losing fat and gaining huge muscle at the same time? Any help is appreciative.

Creatine will make you gain weight. But it's nothing to worry about. Gaining "weight" and gaining "fat" are two different things. And it doesn't sound like you're gaining fat.

Dont worry about the scale as much as the mirror and pictures. I have a cup I drink water out of (huge ) I can add 4 or 5 pounds of weight to the scale like nothing.

Mirror will show fat loss and muscle progress
Increasing weights or reps can show muscle development
