yeah, i thought you could use clean gym lifts...but they're gonna be scrutinized heavily.

and...though that's a great lift and a great milestone...I personally would not pass that lift.

I thought gym lifts were allowed too....

Seen a dude work his way up to 2 sets of 10 reps with 405 today, solid clean reps. very impressive to say the least.

I am still about 40 lbs away. lol.

Hey isaku, i remember your comp vids when you did just over 500 on bench(awesome btw) , what is your unequipped max? How much carryover do you get?

i had the volume down earlier, MUTHA****IN OPETH FTW, saw them with into eternity and nevermore, best show i have ever been to, when they played blackwater park and demon of the fall the place almost came down (small jampacked nightclub)

Hey isaku, i remember your comp vids when you did just over 500 on bench(awesome btw) , what is your unequipped max? How much carryover do you get?

i dunno what my unequipped max is, I did a pseudo max during deload week and got 385 really really easily. I wanted to go for 405 and then 420; buuut my training partner said, "dude its deload, what are you thinking"

so if we use 385 as a floor, I get like 130 out of my shirt.

you should compete raw then, and once you're addicted to competing you should train in gear.

that's what I did.
