Exclamation Sudden upper body pain and very painful swallowing

    Hey guys.

I didn't know where to post this, may not even bodybuilding related, but if you've experience or can help, I'd appreciate it!

Ok so today I woke up and went got to work, like any other day... Then around 2PM I went to Subway to get lunch, then right when I hopped back in my car, I felt a very sudden pain in my upper body. It's very hard to explain or express the pain, I've never felt it before. The pain start in one area and goes to the next and to the next. For example, today around 4 - 6 pm the pain was starting on my upper back, then to my right neck area, then down to chest. And right now, 9PM, the pain starts from chest then ends to the shoulder. I also had a sudden painful swallowing... It feels like I have a quarter stuck in my throat, right area.

It's hard to explain the pain... The best way I could explain it is it feels like I just got busted with a baseball bat on my chest, my upper back and my shoulder area. My muscles are not sore or burning (did a chest/bicep workout last night) but my whole upper body is hurting/aching/very painful. By the way, the pain only starts when I move.

I tried to explain it as much as I can. If you guys have any diagnosis, please let me know. I don't got insurance (broke)
