Mass Gaining Advice Needed
I am curently 190 pounds, 43 years old, and just returned to bodybuilding after a few years off. I have dropped 25 pounds over the past 4 months, and workout pretty regularly. I have an athletic build...not exo nor endo too much.
I am looking to add muscle mass, and develop "rounder" muscles. My fear with taking a mass gainer is all the calories. I am not looking to gain a gut....only more rock solid muscle mass - particularly chest and arms.
Anyone got any suggestions on a good muscle mass building supplement?
I am already taking CE2 (creatine), NO2 (nitric oxide), BCAAs, L-Carnatine, L-Glutamine, Fish Oil, PS, Whey protein shakes (pre and post), and glucosamine/chondroitin.
I am currently on a 4 days on, 1 day off, 4 days on, 2 days of routine. Chest/Tri's Day 1, back/bi's Day 2, legs/shoulders Day 3, abs/forearms Day 4. Each day I lift for approximately 2 1/2 hours. I also do 30 minutes cardio (jogging HIIT or elytpical) daily.
Thanks for any suggestions on mass gaining...
