if i wanted to increase my bench press would it be better to do chest ,triceps together instead of separetly??

this is the the chest ,triceps workout for the fist split
flat bb bench 3x6
flat flyes 3x10
incline bb bench 3x6
incline flyes 3x10
closed grip 3x6
skull crushers 3x10
db tricep extension 3x10
this is the shoulders,triceps workout i been doing for second split
db shoulder press 3x8
laterial raise 3x10
reverse laterials 3x10
shrugs 3x10
skull crushers 3x10
db extension
