    Question How much protein per meal?

    How much protein per meal can body "refine". Heard somewhere 40g top if u r natural but I think it's bull****. I mean wtf happens if I eat 60g of protein in one meal, what happens with 20g "extra"?

    It depends on too many factors to give you a number. It's influenced by weight, metabolic rate, body composition, time since last protein ingestion, type of protein.

    Typically the body can only adequately use up to 35-40g of protein at a time... the exception to the rule is post workout. During this time the body can handle up to 50-60g of protein.

    any excess protein/BCAA is converted to sugars or fatty acids

    i take in 30-40 grams of protein per meal

    Meals i'd go with 30g, post-workout id go with 50-60. And you probably wont turn excess directly into poo, but it may also be used as fuel or as fat storage.
