how do they do it?amazon rainforest etc.
ive been wondering, why is it that its so hard to build muscle for lots of us.ie u need very heavy weights and nutrition has to be perfect etc, when those guys in the amazon rainforest and natives of lands beyond who live in mud huts etc, look superb?they look absolutely amazing and half of them are 60 years old.musclebound as hell.how do they do it then?they surely dont have a perfect diet and lift weights so how do they look so ripped?and surely that throws stuff like lifting heavy weights and perfect nutrition out of the window.

Well for one, they have to be very active to survive, so they will have low bodyfat and thus might "appear" to be big. I'm sure they eat tons of fish and other sources of meat, so they have adequate amounts of protein in their diet to build and sustain muscle mass; from here, basically any activity requiring muscular activity will probably create some hypertrophy, and with the given amount of protein and food, muscle will be created. That's my guess anyway, there's a myth that Jay Cutler himself ran across the amazon and hid Cell-Tech throughout the forest.

Define "superb", because they usually look scrawny. They look how the human body is supposed to look with lots of physical activity and a clean diet.
