I usually take 2-3 shakes a day and sometimes i get tired of sipping on it so I just chug it. I figured it the same as sippin on it just dont waste 5-10 minutes doing it. My friend told me its better to sip on it than chugging.
Is their really a difference?

The only thing I notice when I chug my shakes is that I get bloated quicker/longer. If I sip my shake, I don't get that full/bloat feeling.
